Membership Form
If you would like to attend training classes, you do not need to book in advance, you are welcome to turn up on the day. Puppy classes start at 9am and all other classes at 10am.
Each training session is £5 and you only pay for the weeks you attend. However we do charge an annual membership fee of £15 per year in addition to the weekly fee. Membership entitles you to access the members only areas of the website. You will be given and password to access these on payment of your subscription.

- Complete and sign the form
- Bring your £15 subscription fee, proof of your dogs vaccination record, and your completed form when you attend
